For many people the mention of the word ‘forgiveness’ makes us uncomfortable, as at some time in our lives most of us have or will struggle with the concept of forgiveness.
We know we would feel better if we could just forgive, but how do we do that? What exactly does forgiveness mean? Why is it so hard to do? What does it take to make it ‘real’ and how do we know when it’s complete?

We will learn about forgiveness as it is taught in A Course in Miracles. This form of forgiveness is truly transformational and it is a forgiveness process that is vastly different to our conditioned idea of forgiveness.
Forgiveness is a spiritual practice which brings healing to the mind, thus affecting all aspects of life – it is freely available to all, and practice benefits the all. Forgiveness practice is prayerful and profoundly healing, and miraculously transforms perceptions that block our happiness and our peace.
